Scope
This policy covers the games.3dgits.com website and, in general terms, the games published by 3DGits.
Each game additionally has its own policy, which prevails over this one for anything concerning it. There are, by contrast, no site-wide terms of use: each game carries its own.
Data processed
Website: this site is static. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics tool and collects no browsing data. Only our host's technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) are generated automatically to keep the service secure.
Email: when you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message.
Games: the studio's games run offline and collect no data. The details are in each game's own policy.
Purposes
Your data is processed to: answer your support requests; keep this site running, secure and stable; and comply with our legal obligations.
We never use your data for marketing purposes and never sell it.
Legal bases
Legitimate interest: site security, fraud prevention, answering your support requests.
Legal obligation: retention of technical logs and of records required by law.
Consent: no processing on this site relies on it, since it sets no cookies and performs no analytics.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to 3DGits and its technical processors, limited to what their task requires: website hosting and app distribution (Apple, Google).
It may be disclosed to the competent authorities where the law requires it.
Retention periods
Host technical logs: 12 months maximum.
Support conversations: 3 years after the last contact.
Game data: none, it never leaves your device.
Transfers outside the European Union
This site's host and the distribution platforms are established in the United States. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, by the provider's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
The games themselves transmit nothing: no transfer concerns them.
Children
Each game's age rating is shown on its page, and one of them is intended for adults only. None of them collects data, so we knowingly collect none about a child.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe data about your child has been sent to us, write to privacy@3dgits.com and it will be deleted without delay.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted over HTTPS. Access to support conversations is restricted to the people who need it.
As no system is infallible, we would inform you without delay of any data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise them, write to privacy@3dgits.com. You will receive an answer within one month. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes
Changes to this policy
This policy may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
In the event of a substantial change, you will be informed on the site and, if necessary, in the games concerned.
