Back to KlassicHall

These terms govern the use of KlassicHall, published by 3DGits — Jeremy Morant and distributed on the App Store and Google Play. They also serve as the end-user licence agreement (EULA) and cover this game only: every title of the studio has its own.

1. Purpose and acceptance

By downloading, installing or using KlassicHall, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the game and uninstall it.

If you are a minor, you must have your legal guardian's permission before using the game.

2. Licence to use

3DGits — Jeremy Morant grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use KlassicHall for strictly personal and non-commercial purposes, on devices you own or control.

You may not: copy, distribute, rent, resell or sublicense the game; decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer it, except within the mandatory limits of the law; circumvent its technical protections; or extract its assets for reuse.

3. Connection required by the free version

The free version of KlassicHall requires an internet connection: it shows adverts between games, and an advert cannot be loaded offline. The app says so explicitly when the connection is missing.

The in-app purchase lifts this condition: the game becomes usable with no connection at all. The same applies to copies acquired before the game became free.

Any connection charges are a matter for your operator and remain payable by you.

4. No gambling

KlassicHall contains no gambling of any kind, not even simulated: no bets, no bankroll, no chips, no virtual currency. This is an editorial choice, and it is what keeps its PEGI 3 / 4+ rating.

Nothing in the game can be bought, acquires value, or converts into real money or into any benefit outside the app.

5. In-app purchases

KlassicHall offers a single, non-consumable purchase with no subscription, which applies to this game only. It is billed by the distribution platform (Apple or Google) under its own terms and payment methods. We have no access to any banking data.

Purchased items are digital content supplied immediately: by giving your express prior consent, you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as performance begins. Refund requests must be addressed to the relevant platform.

6. Rights acquired before the game became free

KlassicHall was offered as a paid app before it became free. If you acquired it during that period, you keep everything you bought in full: all content unlocked, no adverts, no connection requirement, and no further payment is ever requested.

This recognition happens locally, the app reading the data it has itself written on your device. It requires no account, no identifier and no transmission of information.

After a reinstall or a change of device, a connection may be needed once so that the distribution platform can confirm your purchase.

7. Use of the game

You agree not to circumvent the game's technical protections, not to alter the data it saves in order to change how it plays, and not to use third-party software for that purpose.

Since KlassicHall is played solo, these rules protect no other player: they protect the integrity of the game and the validity of its statistics.

8. Intellectual property

KlassicHall, its code, graphics, music, text and the 3DGits trademark are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of 3DGits — Jeremy Morant or its licensors.

The licence granted above transfers no ownership. Any unauthorized reproduction or public display is prohibited.

The rules of traditional games are in the public domain: this clause covers their software implementation and its presentation, not the rules themselves.

9. Changes and end of distribution

We may change KlassicHall, modify or remove features, and stop distributing it.

An already installed version keeps working: pulling it from the stores does not take it away from players who downloaded it. The purchased version plays with no connection; the free version requires one, and cannot be played where it is missing. No guarantee is given, however, on the availability of future updates or on compatibility with later operating system versions.

10. Warranties and liability

The game is provided as is. Statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects under French law remain fully applicable to consumers.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages nor for the loss of data stored on your device — progress, statistics, saved games — of which you are the sole holder. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.

11. End of the licence

You may end the licence at any time by uninstalling KlassicHall. Uninstalling deletes everything the game has saved.

We may end it in the event of a serious and repeated breach of these terms.

12. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy of KlassicHall, reachable from the game page and from the link at the bottom of this page.

It forms an integral part of these terms.

13. Role of the distribution platforms

These terms are entered into between you and 3DGits — Jeremy Morant only, and not with Apple, Google or any other distribution platform.

3DGits — Jeremy Morant is solely responsible for KlassicHall, its content, its maintenance and its support. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.

In the event of any failure of the game to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to an embargo and are not listed on any prohibited-party list issued by the competent authorities.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms, in particular to reflect legal, technical or functional developments.

The applicable version is the one published on this page, bearing the date shown there. In the event of a substantial change, you will be informed in the game or on this page. Continuing to use the game after that notice constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions of the consumer's country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, you may write to us at support@3dgits.com to seek an amicable solution. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge, or refer the matter to the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
