Data collected

KlassicHall does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. Your settings, saved games and progress are stored on your device only, and are removed when you uninstall the game.

Everything stays on your device

KlassicHall runs entirely offline: no account, no sign-up, no connection opened.

What the game saves — your settings, your games in progress, your progress and your statistics — lives in your device's storage. That information is never backed up to a server, never sent to anyone, never readable by the publisher, and it disappears along with the app.

The game requests no access to your contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera.

Advertising

The game contains no advertising, uses no ad network and reads no advertising identifier.

Children

The game is rated PEGI 3 / 4+. It contains no gambling of any kind, not even simulated. Since it collects no data, it transmits nothing about anyone, children included.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe data about your child has been collected, contact us and it will be deleted without delay.

Retention periods

Since the game stores no data on our servers, retention only concerns support conversations: they are kept for 3 years after the last contact.

Your game data stays on your device and disappears when you uninstall.

Your rights

Since no data leaves your device, there is nothing to request, rectify or erase from the publisher: we hold nothing about you. Uninstalling the app deletes everything it saved, and its settings also let you reset your progress at any time.

The GDPR nevertheless grants you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them — or simply to ask us a question — write to privacy@3dgits.com. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published at this address, with its date. If a future version of the game were to collect anything, it would say so here before doing it.
