Terms of use
KasinHall
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These terms govern the use of KasinHall, published by 3DGits — Jeremy Morant and distributed on the App Store and Google Play. They also serve as the end-user licence agreement (EULA) and cover this game only: every title of the studio has its own.
1. Purpose and acceptance
By downloading, installing or using KasinHall, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the game and uninstall it.
If you are a minor, you must have your legal guardian's permission before using the game.
2. Licence to use
3DGits — Jeremy Morant grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use KasinHall for strictly personal and non-commercial purposes, on devices you own or control.
You may not: copy, distribute, rent, resell or sublicense the game; decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer it, except within the mandatory limits of the law; circumvent its technical protections; or extract its assets for reuse.
3. Offline operation
KasinHall runs entirely offline. It requires no account, opens no connection and transmits nothing.
Your settings, saved games and progress are stored on your device and nowhere else. They are deleted along with the app: we hold no copy, and therefore cannot restore them or move them to another device. Your device backup, if you make one, is the only way to keep them.
4. Betting in points — adults only
KasinHall simulates casino games. You bet in it, and you bet in points: a game unit that has no value and never acquires any.
There are no in-app purchases, on any screen. Points cannot be bought, sold or transferred. Nothing converts into real money, goods or any benefit outside the app, and no winnings are paid out in any form. Hitting zero costs nothing: the bankroll is restored on the spot, free of charge.
KasinHall is therefore at no point a gambling service. It nevertheless remains rated PEGI 18 / 18+ and intended for adults, because the rating follows the wager and not the theme. By using the game, you confirm that you meet the age requirement in your country of residence.
5. No in-app purchases
KasinHall offers no in-app purchase and no subscription, on any screen. The game is delivered complete: no content is held back behind a later payment, and there is no currency to buy.
Should a future version offer any, these terms would be updated beforehand.
6. Use of the game
You agree not to circumvent the game's technical protections, not to alter the data it saves in order to change how it plays, and not to use third-party software for that purpose.
Since KasinHall is played offline and solo, these rules protect no other player: they protect the integrity of the game and the validity of its statistics.
7. Intellectual property
KasinHall, its code, graphics, music, text and the 3DGits trademark are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of 3DGits — Jeremy Morant or its licensors.
The licence granted above transfers no ownership. Any unauthorized reproduction or public display is prohibited.
The rules of traditional games are in the public domain: this clause covers their software implementation and its presentation, not the rules themselves.
8. Changes and end of distribution
We may change KasinHall, modify or remove features, and stop distributing it.
Since the game runs offline, an already installed version keeps working: pulling it from the stores does not take it away from players who downloaded it. No guarantee is given, however, on the availability of future updates or on compatibility with later operating system versions.
9. Warranties and liability
The game is provided as is. Statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects under French law remain fully applicable to consumers.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages nor for the loss of data stored on your device — progress, statistics, saved games — of which you are the sole holder. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.
10. End of the licence
You may end the licence at any time by uninstalling KasinHall. Uninstalling deletes everything the game has saved.
We may end it in the event of a serious and repeated breach of these terms.
11. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy of KasinHall, reachable from the game page and from the link at the bottom of this page.
It forms an integral part of these terms.
12. Role of the distribution platforms
These terms are entered into between you and 3DGits — Jeremy Morant only, and not with Apple, Google or any other distribution platform.
3DGits — Jeremy Morant is solely responsible for KasinHall, its content, its maintenance and its support. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
In the event of any failure of the game to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to an embargo and are not listed on any prohibited-party list issued by the competent authorities.
13. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms, in particular to reflect legal, technical or functional developments.
The applicable version is the one published on this page, bearing the date shown there. In the event of a substantial change, you will be informed in the game or on this page. Continuing to use the game after that notice constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions of the consumer's country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, you may write to us at support@3dgits.com to seek an amicable solution. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge, or refer the matter to the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
