Data collected

KasinHall sends nothing to the publisher: no account, and no server on our side. The following categories are received by the third-party services named below, and by them alone:

  • Identifiers — the installation identifier assigned by the usage analytics tool, and the network address attached to every ad request. Neither identifies you by name, and neither reaches us.
  • Device ID — the device's advertising identifier, which the ad network receives to select and measure the adverts in the free version, and to personalize them if you agree. You can reset or delete it in the device settings.
  • Usage data — game launches and session length, counted by the usage analytics tool to improve the free version — only if you agree, and with no player identifier at all.
  • Location — an approximate location, inferred from the network address — never the device's precise position, which the game does not request.

A connection, required by the free version

The free version of KasinHall cannot be played offline. That follows directly from the model: with no connection, no advert can be loaded, and the app says so in plain words rather than failing in silence.

The in-app purchase makes the game fully offline. Copies bought before the game became free are offline too.

If you bought the game before it became free

Nothing changes for you: your copy of KasinHall stays complete, with no adverts and no network, and you are never asked to buy again.

This is checked on your device, by reading the files the game has already written there — no account, no identifier, and nothing sent anywhere. A reinstall does need a connection, once only, to find the purchase again at the store.

Third-party services

The game embeds the following services. Each one processes data on its own behalf, under its own privacy policy.

  • Google AdMob

Selecting and measuring the adverts of the free version. The network receives the device's advertising identifier, its model, its system and an approximate location derived from the network address. The in-app purchase turns it off entirely.

    Provider policy
  • Google Analytics for Firebase

Measuring how the free version is used — app opens, session length — in order to improve it. Measurement starts switched off, only turns on with the player's consent and sets no player identifier; the in-app purchase turns it off entirely.

Advertising

The free version shows a full-screen advert between games, never during one. The ad network is Google AdMob: it is the network, not the publisher, that receives the data described above. How Google uses data from its partners: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Your consent is requested at first launch, right after the start-up screen, in a window that explains what is collected before asking. Declining does not remove the adverts: they become non-personalized, meaning chosen without knowing anything about you. The same consent governs usage analytics, which declining turns off entirely. You can change your choice at any time from the “Privacy” line in the game settings.

On Android, the game declares the permission to access the advertising identifier (AD_ID), and no other sensitive permission. The in-app purchase removes the adverts and turns off both the ad network and usage analytics.

In-app purchases

KasinHall offers a single, non-consumable purchase with no subscription. It applies to this game only: the studio's other games are separate apps, each with its own purchase.

The transaction is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store. We see neither your payment method, nor your name, nor your address — only the answer "purchased or not", which the app keeps on the device. There is no server on our side, and therefore no remote purchase validation: a reinstall needs a connection, once only, to find the purchase again at the store.

Refund requests are handled by the platform where the purchase was made.

Children

The game is rated PEGI 18 / 18+ and is intended for adults only: it simulates gambling, and that is what sets the rating — the wager, never the theme.

Its declared audience is 18 and over. It is not directed at minors and does not knowingly collect their data.

Retention periods

We keep none of the data described here: it goes to the third-party services named above, not to us, and each of them keeps it under its own policy.

What the game saves on your device stays there until you uninstall. Support conversations are kept for 3 years after the last contact.

Your rights

What the game saves stays under your sole control: uninstalling the app erases it entirely, and its settings let you reset statistics and progress.

For the data received by third-party services, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability are exercised with each of them, as the controller of its own processing — Google for the ad network and for usage analytics. You can also reset or delete the advertising identifier in your device settings, and the in-app purchase turns off both the ad network and usage analytics.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published at this address, with its date. If a future version of the game were to collect more, it would say so here before doing it.
